They are AWEFUL! We deal with dialysis patients. They will drop off a patient, knowing an approximate time that the patient should be picked back up. Patients often have to wait a few hours to be picked back up, after having just been in a treatment with no food, drink, etc for over 4 hours. And 2 staff members have to stay until all patients have gone home, after already working 12-14 hours, which costs our company lots of money. They don't call to let the staff know they are running late. When we try to call to check on when they will get there, it appears that if they recognize the number, they won't pick up. We had a patient wait for almost 2.5 hours to be picked up today. We, and the patient, called from several different phones. Once we called from a cell phone number, which they apparently didn't recognize, they answered, but we were put on hold for over 13 minutes and finally had to hang up. Then I just called & called & called, until the owner finally picked up. He was mad and laid into me! Sir, that is not the way to do business! Communication is key! If they are running late, transport needs to call the clinics! We should not have to hunt down when transport will be there. You have a contract to transport this patient! If you can't accommodate the patients due to lack of staff, lack of trucks, or whatever, don't accept the assignment, or buy more trucks and hire more drivers! Maybe, one day, your own mother won't be left waiting around for transportation for over 2 hours, hungry, thirsty, and tired! Oh, but then there is karma.

Do not use this company if you want your loved ones cared for properly!

Had never had an issue with this company til last week. I guess the guy was a new driver. He was so careless in his driving. He took all back streets from Peachtree st to Bankhead. He hit a pot hole so hard I bounced up in my chair and hit my head neck and shoulder. His response was that there was nothing he could do. HE DID NOT EVEN STOP! HE KEPT GOING. Then has the audacity to get on the phone and talk about how he should not be driving this late. He shouldn't be driving at all. I cut my trip short just so I could get home because I didn't feel safe. Never again. Steer clear cause that driver made me not want to ride ever again. He was beyond rude like it was my fault he has to work late hours. No one from the company has apologized or said word which makes it even worse.
