We Worked With this Company, We got a Load that Was Delivering 5:30 Pm and they Driver Was 5 to 10 Minutes at the Delivery So They are Trying to Charge us $450 Fine on a $700 Dollar Shipment.

There Was No Verbal Communication about the Late Fee Or Fine Amount Neither was anything On the RC.

It's Been 3 Months and It's Insane They wanna Charge 58 Percent of Load Fee as a Fine Amount.

Did the carrier packet, was waiting for the rate confirmation, and Colin McCracken is telling me that he sold the load cheaper, just like that. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THEM, JUST FIND ANOTHER LOAD.

After almost 90 days and thousands calls we received the payment finally. I do not recommend to haul load for them. I would like to see what happens if a carrier hold a load for almost three months.

This company is not responsible. We paid $10000 demurrage to shipping line because they did not provide shipping line our consignee information. No one knew the container had arrived. They don't responsible for their mistake and mitigate the demurrage. Just told us they will mitigate the demurrgae after we pick up the container. After we pick up the container and pay for the demurrage, they just don't answer anymore.
