The security person is going to check your bill of lading and your trailer seal when you enter immediately from your right side are going to be six parking places. Take one of them then go further for checking. Polite girl is going to give you instructions. When you get unloaded go back to the checking for your documents. Good luck.

Appointment at 9am, arrived at 8:35. Checked in by 8:50. Givin door 45 at check-in. Was done loading by 9:15. Only waiting time was to recieve my paperwork (20 minutes). Great good. Wish other facilities were like this. Need vest and mask.

Had a 5am appointment checked in half and hour prior to my appointment took around 2hrs to offload got the dock rite away there are clean washrooms for delivery drivers at this facility

The security personnel will ask for the documents and will check your trailer seal. When you enter right side are 6 parking places. Take one of them then with the documents go further to check in.

8 am appointment. Got door at 7 am it’s 10 am still no movement. Sitting here with ice cream with doors open. No regard for product or the drivers time.

Unloading is fast but the guy in recurving office was so rude so disrespectful if u guys don’t want to work stay home dude why working if u don’t like it unloading 4 star the people in office 0 👎

This facility is fairly average in size in comparison to some other warehouse/distribution centers I've been to. It's not small by any means. The refrigerated side has less doors than the dry side.

When not busy, you can get in and out pretty quickly.
Watch out when busy though. Have waited well past my appointment time. As much as 3 hours. And when you get a door, you may be there an additional 2-3 hours for offloading.
I recall, after docking at a door, it took about an hour and a half just for them to start offloading.
