The most meanest , unkind , rudest guard check i have ever dealt with , very disrespectful and unprofessional When i got there she was talking to her friend on the phone (not a work call)while she was checking me in ,Once I asked her politely to focus with me she got heated , and she start yelling at me and telling me that i can’t tell her what to do , then she refused to check me in, after that she called her manager which is more ruder than her , they both decided to call the police on me and kick me out of the facility , i was sent out with no load after 9 hours of waiting. We don’t need people like her to be dealt with , we work hard to keep America moving and we deserve to be treated well.

I absolutely agree with previous comments. Zero respect to drivers and unprofessional communication skills. Guard shack female persons need to be fired immediately. They are lack of humanity and dignity. Shame on you ladies. Learn how to talk to people.

The guard shack at main entrance checking in place especially that black lady 11/26/2022 was very rude, disrespectful, unprofessional and was not helping and doing her job at all.
she is racist, she is nepotist and she is sick - on purpose she was making problems.
unexpected experience she should not be working for such big company she has no clue what to do

Horrible. Awful communication skills. They never have trucks ready so that the day could flow. Nasty attitudes especially Jennifer horrible. They told us we are nothing but a dollar sign to them in our faces for 16 dollars it’s surely not worth it. I would give them zero stars if it was a option.

Grace yard lady at check in unprofessional rude untrained and educated. Claiming my Bol and arn don’t match. When information from and on relay app. Don’t know how to do her job and don’t want to. Waste of time. Avoid this facility

The lady on the front desk is always on a bad mood her attitude is 98%, but who would be happy sitting 🪑 on a chair for 8-10 hours straight so yea it’s what it’s.

By far the worst shipper for Amazon out here.
They asked me to sweep out an Amazon trailer, I told them no way. Then gave me my pickup trailer that could be anywhere in the yard... look for it by the trl#s and by the way, if you can find a spot to drop your trl, just drop it anywhere you find an opening. Just have the driver do all the work.

Unfortunately my load was 44000 in the back and when I adjusted could only get to 39000 they have poor loaders working I guess. #putting drivers at risk
