We met Tulsi today, he showed us two units. The facility is clean, well maintained. We do some research before we go. There are also place to park your RV. Tulsi is very polite and considerate, based on our box numbers he gave good suggestions to us. The unit is in the first floor. Also they offered us the truck to take advantage when we need to move in, though there are 3 hours to load and unload during the day, it is a very good offer.

Tulsi and Kevin were accommodating, extremely helpful and professional. I will only be going to Trabuco Self Storage for all of my storage needs in the future. The space was perfectly temperature regulated and all of my belongings were safe and in perfect condition when I came to retrieve them. Thank you for the peace of mind this last year! I’ll be back!

Jesse is very friendly, professional, and helpful. Before I enter the front door, he has my keys out and ready to give them to me after I enter my code. He greets me by name and is always pleasant. One of the things I really appreciate is he is always on time in the morning. I never have to wait for him to arrive. Everyone else who works at this location is also great to work with. All are professional and friendly and know me by name. Very nice group of people.

Excellent. 2nd unit I have with Pouch ( Long Beach) and (Lake Forest). To my surprise Gilbert was at the wheel once again in the complementary truck operated by no other than Gilbert himself the best in the business; there to assist me along the way. Gilbert is a very helpful , kind, and thorough. 5 stars highly recommend procuring the services of Gilbert and the office staff.

The manager, Tulsi, is professional and keeps the facility pretty clean (for a storage place). I love that my storage is enclosed and secured and air conditioned, keeping my belongings in good condition. I do wish they had a better system available for disposing of unwanted items, but that is my only request. 🙂

I bought an abandoned unit from them at an auction site. The staff was amazing and flexible to the challanges. Very friendly and top notch security. The Roll up doors glided smoothly. The facilities were kept clean and well maintained. 10/10 this is a good spot to store your stuff.
