Really like my job and what I learned and still am learning everyday I work. A lot of positives here. There still needs to be work on issues of : attendance/tardies/long hair/jewlery,necklace,rings,earings.The most important I think is the “moral” here. It’s so different from the night shift from coming from the day shift. All the policy/rules that we sign for this job and just did another signature to know what the policy and rule are as of last week. At night it’s all thrown out the window. Now sometime the rules or policy does last maybe 1 week. After a week it’s back to the usual not following the policy.
The other issue I have is that their are some new hires that Don’t know complete sentences in English Describe an issue or problem with machines or functioning on the line at work. Also, there are a lot of communication boundaries to wear they don’t understand English to tell them How to do their job. Can only do so much sign language as in stop ,yes ,no ,OK ,thumbs up ,or fist
pound. That has created a big communication barrier to help them get the job done. Now the downtime when electrical or functioning of the machines are down There is a lot of employees just standing around doing literally nothing. Now in a warehouse, there is plenty of things to do All the time.. It is very bothersome to know that some of us are still working while others are laughing, joking Around playing around or back-and-forth to the bathroom at least 2 to 3 times in an hour. Clearly unacceptable. The last and final issue that has been on my mind Is that there needs
To be a stat time as in as in at 7pm Everyone should be at their position at work not 15 to 20 minutes later Just standing around socializing, talking standing by the managers desk and not actually at their position to work maybe five minutes after the exercises. In the last three months That the coworkers could be done at a reasonable time If they had their start time and their break times To get back to work. There is more than five People I know that literally work slow on purpose To “ride out the hours”.”riding the clock”. This is unacceptable. Coming from the dayshift Have an expectation to work a little bit faster Why is this not the same at night time? Please improve. From coming from day shift to night shift I see that there are ALOT of people doing a one person job. Example: in the day time a work process takes one person but at night shift it would take 2 people or 3 people to do the same exact job. Why? It’s frustrating for me to learn Al I did in day shift a one person job to come to night shift and see two maby three at time doing a one person job. This creates unnecessary talking, less work production. This is a issue as well. Please corporate and Human Resources look into these issues.

Had so much potential to be a great place to work . Horrible management and disorganization has made this company one of the worst places . Toyota/Mazda should be ashamed to put their name on such a cluster mess. Employees and Ex employees are and become customers with 300 % turn over rate puts a bad name out there for them.

Easy to find there is train tracks closer to building within 2 minutes from business. There are schools close bye too so plan accordingly to time depending on where your going in area. I’m giving stars on location to get there. Road was ok not the best pavement.
