Came in to see some storage units since I'll
be needing one soon. Monica Solano
assisted me. Let me say this is the best
customer service I have gotten in a long
time! got a full tour of the facility, she went
over the size units I was interested in and
answered all my questions. Eveything is very
clean by the way! I will certainly be renting
from here as soon as my lease is up in the
next couple weeks you will not be
disappointed with the service or the storage
facility. They also I have a wash bay for RVs
which was pretty awesome.

We shopped around the area and this is by far the best. Facility is super clean and well maintained. Davion was great and made sure all our needs were met. They even have restrooms, a car wash, dog park, RV dump station, and propane sales too. Top tier!

I have been a customer here at the storage unit
for going on four years and I have to admit it is a nice facility with many Amenities.

Today, I spoke with Monica Solano about an issue I was having. She was very pleasant to talk to and extremely knowledgeable about the business and how everything worked and she stayed with me on the line until the problem was resolved. I was very grateful.

I would recommend this location to anyone. There can be a wait so act today!

Look at the most recent reviews. Same old bait and switcheroo. I moved in Aug. 2023 and signed lease for $187 month. After only 2 months I was increased to $223 month. I was just notified first of Sept. my rate was going up to $305 month starting Oct. 1. That will be an increase of almost $120 in only a year. I called to discuss my increase because it is price gouging in my opinion and was re-directed to a call center. I left my name, number and reason for the call and was told the manager will call me back right away. No one called me back. They will not call you back if you have a complaint. Only reason I was willing to pay a little more was to be able to wash my rig at the facility. The wash station has been out of order for several months now and last I asked they have no plans to fix it. Everytime I go to use my rig the entrance gate is wide open so everyone and anyone may enter at free will. No security what so ever other than the cameras. The covered parking areas have piles of leaves, dirt and debris all over. I tried using the dump station and it was full and the faucet leaks and sprays all over you when turned on so you better bring and wear boots as the area is very muddy due to leaking faucet. Many storage facilities in just the Chandler, Gilbert, Sun Lakes and even Mesa area that are much cheaper. You will get a good price when you first move in but within a year you will be paying more than you ever thought possible. No loyalty rewards here. Maybe if a few people notified the Better Business Bureau and/or the Arizona Attorney General's Office and complain about unethical business practices something may get done about it. Definitely needs to be investigated. You all have been warned. Good luck.

I have multiple units and was moving my car out to take it back to New Mexico with me and Monica was so helpful. My car wouldn't start it has been sitting since November. Monica was so helpful and very knowledgeable about cars I was amazed. Thought I was going to have to call a tow truck or a mechanic but Monica said my battery just needed to be recharged. I took it to O'Reilly's where she recommended and she was right she saved me a lot of money and time. I recommend Tower storage to anyone that is looking for a very nice facility that's always clean and customer service that goes above and beyond thank you again Monica.

Davion was outstanding. One of the best property managers to work with. Finding a storage place that is clean, has great amenities and cares about your needs is hard to find.

I went in to ask about what they had available and prices. I have a storage somewhere else and definitely not happy. So I have been looking around in the area and stopped in and Monica was so helpful she showed me the property and all that they have available. It is very large and well maintained. She was so patient and helpful had a great personality. She even got out a measuring tape and looked up how long my car was to see if it would fit in the unit. I am definitely going to be moving to Tower storage.

The BEST customer service I have received in a REALLY long time! Every person who has helped me at this facility was so incredibly professional, kind and helpful - Davion went out of his way to help me with multiple things and was SO KIND. The facility is is also extremely well maintained and clean. Hands down, The nicest storage facility I have ever been to. I will recommend tower storage over and over! I could not be happier with my experience here. Thank you so much staff for your kindness and for being so incredibly helpful!
