Great place super easy and convenient. Mrs. Brook was very professional and helpful we are currently renting two fully climate controlled units from them and couldn’t be more happy. Highly recommend and will definitely continue business here.

I was very glad to have found this facility. It is a newer complex and had many sizes available to rent at very reasonable prices. The whole site was clean and everything functioned. ( doors/gate/keypads )

I've had my unit here for going on 4 years and I have never felt more secure about my belongings being safe. I don't worry about theft, I don't worry about bugs and critters and since I have an indoor unit, I don't have to worry about the crazy Texas weather ruining priceless family heirlooms. Prices are worth every penny.

My experience with Tower Point Self Storage was great until the change of owners. Someone broke into my unit and another unit. Security footage wasn’t able to be obtained by the new owners (they couldn’t figure out the system) and when I asked to file a police report, Zoe.. the new owner, told me she couldn’t make it because she had a busy day trying to figure out the security cameras and to have the police to call the office line. When I called the number she called me from to tell me about the break in.. i asked her if it was an accident and maybe they accidentally cut my lock.. she said that was not the case and told me not to call her phone again. I believe her when she said it wasn’t an accident. Cause it definitely sounds like a break in. So be careful storing your things here. I decided to leave due to safety concerns (security cameras not working.) Plus they never changed the passcode to get into the building after the break ins. I was however very lucky that none of my stuff was stolen, not sure about the other unit! Other than all of that, really nice clean place!
