I broke down this morning, and not sure why my boat would Not Start . Called Boat US for a Tow.
They showed up eairler than and their arrival ETA, made my day!
Tommy Call 15 minutes prior to scheduled ETA. Then arrived ahead of time too.
Tommy and crew took great care as we moved away from the dock.
Then when we arrived back at my covered dock , they Carefully put my 30 foot boat perfectly in my my slip.
Tommy and Crew calming worked like a Team!
Can't say enough how Awesome

Tommy and John arrived early for the relocation of our disabled houseboat and everything went very well. Our timing couldn’t have been better, with calm winds, a slack tide and virtually no boat traffic.
Knowing we have Tow Boat US nearby gives boaters a true sense of security👍

Tommy, John, and Bob were so wonderfully helpful when we got stuck during our first trip out on the Delta this year. Tommy and his team arrived quickly, helped us troubleshoot our problem, gave us gasoline to make sure we weren’t out of fuel, stayed around to see how we were doing with the new gas, and then towed us back to our marina when the gas didn’t solve the problem (likely a bad fuel filter or pump). They even helped us load the boat onto the trailer! Tommy, John, and Bob were friendly, supportive, professional, and the best part of a day that had gone sideways. Thank you so very much! You guys rock! 🤗

Tom (&helpers) are GREAT…. I have had to call vessel assist two times now and both times I can’t say enough of how good Tom and his helpers did with the vessel assist service….. Thanks again for doing such a good job. I appreciate it.

My wife and I had an issue with our boat.And were in need of a tow. Got us to a safe location and called Boat U. S. They dispatched, captain Tommy and first mate Phil who were there to give us a tow within about thirty minutes, very impressive. Captain Tommy asked some questions checked a few things to make sure it wasn't something simple. First rate service the whole way. They even made sure we got the boat loaded safely on the trailer at the boat ramp. Tommy was so professional and helpful when I got home l thought he might have had dinner ready...'lil humor. One thing l really appreciated was he noticed l didn't have a safety chain at the hand crank to front eye of boat. I definitely will install one. I look forward to getting back out on the water with confidence.

I've had troubles with my boats and was left stranded multiple times and was given vessel assist by the same man that goes by the name of Thomas. He is always extremely responsive, I haven't ever had to wait too long and he efficiently has always gotten me back to the launch ramp. Thomas is a super easy going guy, he's great to get along with and has always been very professional. I would recommend him to anyone.

Kevin’s a top-notch captain and it’s nice to know we got him and his crew out to help us on the Delta and the bay if we need it. Unfortunately I’ve had to use them three times over the years, but I’m fortunate that every time they have responded swiftly and professionally and got me back safely to where I need to go.
