Truck drivers- arrive 1 hr before appointment time…( be prepared to match the security guards energy)… once you’re thru the gate.. dock dolly down pull forward.. when loadings is complete.. pick up Paperwork at shipping office near dock door70…

Not a bad place to del/load. Loading is reasonably quick. You need 6-8 straps and your load number. They give you a door and handle the rest in 1/2 hr-1 1/2 hrs.

good place to pick up a load. when you get to the traffic lights, don't follow the GPS, but go to OAKLEY INDUSTRIAL BLVD, the second turn to the left and follow the signs where the company is, you can see in the picture how I marked the starting point is the traffic light and the final gate. when you get near the company, park on the street and walk to the ramp and check in. everything else is easy after the flow they are fast and professional.

Funky place tucked back there. Park in street & walk up to guard to check in and wait to be instructed to enter. Kinda quirky but fairly straightforward for a reasonable live load.

Those who had negative experiences with guard security are those who don’t like order and direction
I had a great experience with her she was nice and professional in fact everyone I encountered was. Also front office goes to lunch from 11am-11:45.

I thought the previous reviews about the security guard were over-exaggerated, but they not! That lady will talk to you like you’re an inmate & she’s a correctional officer. I’m not coming back to this warehouse on GP, because I’ll been done did something to that lady! 😂

The customer service is very good but G450 smart toilet water adapter fitting doesn’t work for my washroom in Canada, so the smart toilet cannot be installed yet.

I’m wondering this parts doesn’t meet Canada plumbing standard codes!
