I’m very satisfied with this business. My storage was very clean and Lisa was very polite and professional. She helped me find the proper sized unit for my items and the move in was easy and convenient for me. I highly recommend this business for someone needing a storage unit for a great price. I also like to add that, paying online was fast and efficient. No problems. Lisa also responds quickly if you call her and leave a message for any questions you may have.

Will continue to charge you an additional month if you do not give a 10 day move out notice even if you are out before the new month starts. Apparently in the fine print of the lease agreement. Keep in mind monthly rentals are prepaid and they will not prorate the month. I’d recommend a local business that’s not owned by a chain.

My experience was good until I needed to move out. Brenham phone number was disconnected also. When I called about an issue the customer service representative was rude and would talk over me because she felt she needed to explain for the 3rd time! NO COMPASSION FOR HUMANS!
