Tried to call to get a price because their website has very little information about but when I called they girl acted like I was calling her personal phone and when asked if this was a storage facility she hung up me. Found it odd so I check that I had the right number, which it was. So they lost a customer and got a review. And if you’re looking for a storage unit this is not it. Smh

Used their storage 12 years ago when we were waiting to close on our house. Have used them on and off for truck rental and now multiple times as we are moving out of state.
Fantastic customer service in my personal experience. Always friendly, helpful and able to make things happen when I really needed it.
Highly recommend them for your storage and truck/trailer rental needs.

Out of ALL the storage facilities I called within a two week period trying to secure a storage unit, Antonio was the BEST. She bent over backwards to assist me. She was very nice, polite and professional
We talked at least a half dozen times and she was no different on the sixth time as she was on the first.
We had a long haul from point A to point B which was Fort Smith. When we did make it back it was after the entry hours to the units. I phoned her and she gave us her personal code to get in and park the U-Haul truck. I don't think there are too many people that would do that.
If I ever need another storage unit, you can bet I will be going back to her.

The lady's that work in the office there are wonderful. They are always nice and friendly. When we needed to go to a bigger storage unit from the one we originally had, there was no problems with that. The premises is always clean. We are fixing to be moving and will no longer need our unit but if we ever need one again this is the place and only place we will get one at.

Have not currently used this facility. I am considering it, or was! Still on the fence as of now! I see great reviews and replies to those reviews. I also see deterring reviews and no response from the company! It's alarming! I understand that you're expected to get both good and bad reviews at any company... I'm concerned because this company isn't shown defending themselves! As I've said, i haven't had business with this company, I would like to although my concerns are.... well, I'd hope that I wasn't the one!

This is a really good place to store your stuff. The people are friendly, kind, and helpful. They are extremely understanding. My husband and I have PTSD and often forget to pay the bill; they always give us a call or send a text. Never rude or pushy. Just good people.
