First off you must have a delivery number pic listed below and obviously a pickup number. They have limited overnight parking. But when I tell you I was nice as possible and 4 people that work there was completely rude to me is an understatement especially a white one in the office with black finger nails. He was mad he has to work and couldn’t paint his toe nails or something. The other guy was pissed off at me because I guess they added me to the delivery list late so my appointment was a 7 pm and I showed up 6:15pm he checks the clock and tells me to come back at 7pm lol that’s all after Mr. Black finger nails without checking his computer argues with me that my appointment is at 9pm when it really was at 7pm. He works in building 9. 02-11-25. When I show back up the guy that told me to come back at 7pm, sees me and jumps on the forklift and returns 15 mins later. Then when his gets my paper work he says a smart remark that I’m going to be in the door for a while , bs ! They had me unloaded in 15mins . I was nice to all these people that work here. Management feel free contact me so I can tell you more about these horrible workers.

The guy who works at the check-in offices in Building 9 needs a face transplant. He looks like he hasn't been with a woman in years.

The man is between 65 and 70 years old, but with a broken spirit of about 140 years.

Please help him see if he answers a simple good morning that way.

Have all numbers ready! If u are on time u should have no problems. If u are late u wait! We have respect for drivers who have respect for us.
When u are picking up or dropping off chalk ur wheels,disconnect ur red air line. Our guys safety comes first. Don't be lazy.
If ur courtesy to us, u will get that in return. If u are a rude asshole then that is what u will get in return.

Arrived night before delivery and was able to park overnight with no issues. Got up the next morning and walked to check-in. My appt was at 0800, so ai checked in at 0730. Of course the Guard told me that my appt wasn't until 0900 which I expected after reading reviews. He immediately sent me over to bldg 9 to check-in there. I was immediately given a dock assignment. They have a lot of signs posted to include 👉🏾 Do not drop trl in a door and leave. Slide tandems, chock wheels & remove red airline. I wasn't even in the dock a whole 30 minutes before my unload was complete.

Obey all the signs, park outside, and enter yourself into the driver signing. Only 2 drivers at the time. They will assign a dock, and then right after you're done loading it, you must have to go back into the sign in office to get your release papel work. Always thank a truck driver.

3 hours gone for no reason
I gave customer name, broker name, pickup number, load weight, she had all the same information
No she need City name and i gave her full address
But still no
Address doesn't says los Angeles but commerce
I told her its same thing
No way
And broker send me new BOL saying Los Angeles instead of Commerce
(But google map says Commerce and also its common problem but she did it on purpose)
And load was only 1 pallette
3/4/25 arrived 1130 and left 1455

Staff is not bad bud too much headache if you don't have pick up or delivery numbers .5-6 overnight parking opens at 7am

The lady here in shipping office is rude. That’s why they have that smile to anger paper on their window. Just be careful.
