This company over charged my credit card by 50 dollars then did not provide receipts then chamged company names, and sent a man to my home. They litterally took money out of my account then disappeared. My wife and kids are upset because we were going to use that money Tom took out of my account with out permission or a reciept for an Easter celebration we now have to cancel because Tom over charged us with no reciept. No phone call back or email back after multiple attempts. Sad company. Once I figure out which company name they chamged to I will kee you all posted.

I placed a delivery and it was supposed to be delivered between 4:30-5pm. It’s nearly 45 min late! I am a local baker, and my reputation depends on my loyalty and dependably to my customers. And this was 10 Dozen orders for a Arizona Univerty Honors Party. Now neither myself or the recipient can get ahold of Tom or the courier himself. All calls are being forwarded and all text messages are being ignored.

I called Toms with the nearly impossible ask of picking up my briefcase in Gilbert and delivering it to me at the airport in just under an hour. Not only did they get the job done they were pro and courteous. Use Toms Delivery always!

These guys seem to go above and beyond as often as possible. I needed to have a shipment delivery for an event, even though we gave them a 4 hour window, instead of delivering at the end of the delivery window, they delivered early! The end recipient was delighted, we all looked like heroes!
