I had to get a phone plan and ASAP, I went hoping not to spend an arm and a leg for a new plan & 16 iPhone and working with Michael S., I walked out with the phone I wanted and a plan all in budget. This T-mobile was the best phone store I worked with til’ this day. They are all awesome, nice, and they will get you just what you need! I highly recommend this store and talking with anyone that works there, you’re definitely greeted with good customer service from start to finish!🙌🏼

Jaclyn is an exceptional team member at T-Mobile! We went in with our phones in total disarray and Jay is so intelligent, polite and knowledgeable of our phones that he got them back to working order quickly! We didn't know where to start with the issues on our phones! Jaylyn knew what to do in an instant! What a wonderful person you have there! He deserves a raise 😃

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I received at T-Mobile. The representative we spoke with clearly did not understand their job or the products they were supposed to be helping us with. To make matters worse, when the manager stepped in to assist, she was incredibly rude and dismissive. Instead of resolving the issue, we were made to feel like we were unwelcome and an inconvenience. This experience was frustrating and unprofessional. It’s disheartening to see such poor customer service from a company I expected better from. I will seriously reconsider doing business with T-Mobile in the future if this is the level of service they provide.

Went over to Target and got our Apple Watch 10 with no problems.
