No parking overnight

Do not drop your empty trailer without confirmation that you have a loaded trailer ready to go because they don't release empty trailers.

The receiving/transportation department is totally messed up, had to wait for over 3 hrs and switch 3 docks to find out that I had to wait another 45 min for them to make a decision because no one knows what to do. Home Goods TJMax DC, unloading took 4 hrs.
