Booked a load and I ALWAYS check the rate con to make sure my trailer is suitable for the shipper because that's what professional businesses people do.

What unprofessional businesses, like this broker did, is they don't send you a TONU FOR THEIR MISTAKE even though it clearly states on the rate con -Clean, dry, odor free trailer- (Nothing about no wood walls).

What's worse is they try to claim that my trailer was rejected for something else so they don't have to pay for 👉their mistake👈 I'm genuinely considering making my way down to this brokerage to handle this myself.

We booked a load with this company from Pharr TX - Spring Hill TN. The load was picked up at around 9:45 am central time. They kept sending messages asking if we would get there at 10 pm that same night and i told them, that was impossible. Throughout the trip the driver would get periodic reminder to update tracking and he did except for when he went off duty for a nap and etc. Driver managed to get the load to the receiver a little before 1pm the following day. As soon as the driver arrived at the receiver I got a message asking for the BOL because the tracking showed the driver at the receiver. I sent the Sign BOL to the broker and ask them to confirm that we were good for invoicing. The broker responded, “here’s the updated rate confirmation with the deduction for not tracking”. When I opened the new rate confirmation $250 was deducted. The people are robbing carriers in every way they can. Please be mindful of them. DALTON FLOIED AND HIS TEAM ARE THIEVES. I ASK HIM HOW IS IT WE WERE’NT TRACKING AND HE STILL CAN’T PROVE THIS BUT THEY WANT TO STEAL MY $250 THAT WE WORKED SO HARD FOR.

Very bad Management.. they have a safety Manager name Carlos , He thinks he knows everything.. he ask u if u know anybody , so he would give his closest friend truck number so he can collect the referral Bonus .. 5k deductible and 1k deductions every week.. Danny Crane was a better by far .. stay away from these Company

Hello Titanium American Trucking Inc,
Couple days ago I had really bad experience with one of your brokers who is a Team Leader David Liu.
I would like tell you that people like David shouldn't be appointed as Team Leader with such a bad behavior.
I tried to book a load with him and for one small miscommunication he didn't want to give me the load even if he had 6 of these loads. Picture is attached from our conversation and as you can see his question "ETA FOR DEL?" is confusing, he was asking for our previous and I thought is for the delivery in Pewaukee WI but how should I know that he is asking me for my previous delivery?!
However, he didn't want to give me the load and the rest of the conversation I don't even want to discuss and at the end he blocked my email.
This is completely unprofessional and a shame on him how he treat the carriers... As you can see this has very bad looking for the company as well.
Please treat the carriers good and show respect!
These are really though times to get a loads and many customers could see this comment they will see how your employees are treating the carriers.
You won't get loads and we won't get loads...

To all drivers who think that they are being micro managed.
DON'T CONFUSE THE 2! Being held accountable for your actions or inactions is not considered as micro management. If a company allows unsafe, unprofessional drivers to destroy their companies reputation then that company will cease to exist. Obviously you drivers are not smart enough to understand that once a company has lost their respectable safety record the FMCSA will have them on their radar making it hard for their drivers to get a pass from any officer. You drivers really should pay attention to what's happening in the industry with all of the lay offs and companies filing for bankruptcy this should tell you that it is past time for drivers to take more ownership in any company they drive for and help their company survive!
