I was traveling back to Lubbock from San Jon and got a flat. The guys at Tireworks sent a driver to air up the tire to get me back to the shop. They took care of me and had me back on the road in 45min tops. I was home in time safe and sound.

This is not my only bad experience at this location. I called to schedule an appointment for an alignment first thing the following day. After sitting there for 30 minutes one of the guys comes out to say I had to reschedule because his manager had not showed up. Very unorganized and unprofessional. Will not be going back and do not recommend.

Can’t say enough nice things about this spot. We live in the Austin area and were in town visiting family. Noticed a few tires may not back the trip back. In rough shape. Sergio and Billy are some kind dudes. Billy tracked down some replacements and made sure I was all set to travel safely home that same day.

Shop is clean. Dudes are friendly. Miss the hometown service.

Really great shop. Greeted me as soon as I walked in. Had a friendly and knowledgeable staff and was clean and well organized.
I came in for a vehicle safety inspection and was promptly served. Great military discount and friendly people! I’ll definitely be buying my next set of tires here!

Update: I appreciate the response on Google but I did reach back out and was asked which rims I have. This is proof they aren’t taking care of it because they had to look it back up. I was also told it was back ordered but then they had no records of my offset? I have all this via text so I have the proof necessary. I also don’t understand why I have to reach out to YOU when my name is right here and you have my number. I will give it one last try before beginning a reporting procedure.

I think I most likely got there for a very non-traditional bad experience based on previous reviews. We were just unfortunate but that doesn't change all the wrongs this location did to us!

We brought our truck in for a flat tire. They patched the tire, said it was good to go. I drove about 1 mile when the tire was back to 10PSI and had to turn around and limp it back.

The second time they fixed the tire, the air held and we should have been good to go; however, they scratched my custom rims and they knew it was them but didn't tell me until we called them out and they said it was their machine that did it!

We then waited there until they ordered a replacement rim for the truck and they said they would call us. It has been 1 month and no call back so we looked into it and they said it was on backorder. 3 days later they contacted us again and said they don't even know which rims or offset it was - this means it was never ordered in the first place?

This is terrible business practices for any company but is unexpected from one so highly rated. Once I eventually get my rim replaced, I will never go back.

Don't get used tires from here! I got one and I've been having to put air in my tire every two days. Took it back and they plugged it but it's still leaking air

Quick and friendly. Drive through town on my way to Houston and my car started flashing “maintenance required” found this place and got oil change and inspection for great price and they were all so kind!
