It’s not an easy place to get too for 1st timer. GPS will tell you no truck route. And doesn’t seem designed for 53’ w/ sleeper.
The crews were nice. The place look like just got hit with crater on the raining season or winter. The facility surrounding by residential area. Be careful not to hit their mailbox or run over their grass. Take your time and follow the instructions from the guard you will be fine. Pull in thru Gate 3. They will tell you where or what to do from there. Seem they ship freight required tankers end. If you don’t have it and dispatched to PU the load maybe should ask your dispatcher before you waste your time. NO OVERNIGHT parking. Very limited staging area. Other than that, they will get you in and out quick. Good luck.

If I could give a zero I would. These are the worst neighbors ever. My 70 year old uncle with congestive heart failure and bypass surgery has now had to resort to chairs and caution tape to try and keep truckers out of his yard. My 72 year old dad with congestive heart failure and bypass surgery had his mailbox hit so many times this company had to move his mailbox after they fixed it more times than should happen. They only “fix” the huge ruts when we ask them too. They don’t even fix the ruts they just add sand which still leaves ruts. It’s very difficult to mow with 18 wheeler tire ruts. It’s absolutely disgusting and disrespectful that they treat their neighbors this way. YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF AS HUMANS. There is a special place in hell for people who treat others with this much disrespect and disregard for other peoples property. I will not be removing this as I removed the last one after the guy swore up and down it would be better and swore he understood our frustrations. I will be adding pictures every time they drive in our yard from now on. Have a fantastic weekend.

Tight turns but doable
Fast loading. Check in at gate 3. They will tell you which dock to go to. After loading they will give you a paper to take to the office for your bills

They always drive in the yards across the street and don’t fix the ruts that they leave. It’s the house of a 70 year old man but they don’t care and expect a 70 year old man to fix the ruts they created. Not considerate of other peoples yards what so ever and don’t care to fix what they have messed up. We tell them but they only tell us what we want to hear.
