Storage unit leaks- we ended up having to throw away half of items from storage- manager states not responsible for damages and contact renters or homeowners insurance…. Don’t loose your stuff … don’t rent a unit from here!

The Storage Shed is a well kept, clean, and well-managed storage facility. No worries about leaving my belongings here! My unit was clean, free of rust, and debris. Paula greeted me with a friendly smile and was very helpful to me - a first time renter! She was able to answer my questions and made me feel confident that my treasures would be kept safe. Truly awesome customer service and prices. You cannot beat this place. I rented a small unit for two years (at The Storage Shed) and recently decided to switch to a larger unit. After a long day of packing, driving, and consolidating my two units -- we drove off with the lock in our car and left our unit unlocked! We also left our old unit open with a little trash inside. Imagine our panic when The Storage Shed (Jessica) called us later that day. Thankfully, she placed a lock on our unit and cleaned out the old unit with no problem. These people stay on top of their business and your belongings will be in great hands!

What an out standing company! The customer service great but my favorite thing is the climate controlled units, which are excellent for my business but we also use the standard units. We will always recommend The Storage Shed to everyone thats looking, thanks so much!
