Someone else rented a unit for me. It was not climate controlled. I was concerned about the dampness in GA but had no way to transfer my belongings to a different unit. To my delight, after 9 months in storage I found no sign of dampness. The site is well maintained and secure. Obviously the units are well built and tight. Communication with the property owners is by remote but satisfactory considering their hours are short. All in all it was a pleasant experience.

Wow, this is the coolest place. You can do all your business without interfacing with anyone. However, if there is some personal assistance needed from leasing, renting to moving out. They can assist online in person and on the phone. Storage options are consistent with modern expectations. Outside you can store motorhomes, Boats and Vehicles in covered or uncovered areas. Also units large enough for most non commercial needs. Office type Climate controlled storage and simple 5x10 units with a roll up door. Their prices are a little more than the others but the units are new, clean, and accessible 24/7/365. I've been with them for nearly a year and the only hiccup I had is their pay system is a little funky and I double paid one month and the gate can be tricky leaving if you have bad mojo...lol

We have had a GREAT experience with The Storage Hound! We had 3 different climate controlled units while moving and downsizing. All 3 were in excellent condition and the staff has been very good in communicating with us. We are thankfully down to just one unit.
