This is a flatbed distribution center for Home Depot stores. I have been here many times. The staff are friendly. There are clean restrooms that the driver may use. 6am is first appointments security will not let you through until then. You can line up at the security gate at 5:30.
Unloading, sometimes they give you a pager. Other times have you go right to Unloading area. Even numbers on left odd on the right. No matter if your delivery materials are stored inside or outside. They will offload you inside. (Really nice if the weather sucks) They have an outside waiting area. If the weather is good untarp and unstrap before going in. Super nice. If it's raining or cold winter weather, you are able to wait until you are inside.

Huge facility with super clean restrooms for drivers they are strict about appointment times so be there on time staff is helpful and friendly they make you untarp and unsecure the load outside if the weather is good in the parkings in front of huge gate number 300 then you have to drive in to the facility and park in the bays where they offload which slow at times took me more than 1.5 hrs to offload no parking on the street they open at 6am there is a pilot truck stop few intersections away if arriving early

Dealing with Home Depot DC preloaded trailers has been a complete disaster. The trailers were consistently late, poorly loaded, poorly tarp, and often unsafe. Boxes were crushed or damaged, and the overall lack of organization was shocking. Attempts to resolve issues with their customer service were met with indifference. This has been a significant disruption to my business, and I am extremely dissatisfied with their service. Would not recommend this place.

Security guard lets you in randomly (or not, or if he is in the mood) if you came early than your appointment time. So be prepared to wait . This Home Depot warehouse location sucks 👎👎👎👎👎 I wish I could give a ZERO star!

The facility is very strict on appointment times, I wouldn’t suggest getting there early. Most of the road leading up to the DC is no parking or 30 minute parking. In addition, my paperwork says my appointment is from 1130 to 1230. The guard shack is telling me my appointment isn’t until 1330 so be weary of that. If I had a choice I wouldn’t take a load to this facility.

This particular DC, as a driver, expect to be here minimum 3hrs. They, the whole plant, takes SEVERAL hour long breaks, while you wait, regardless of appointment times. They're terrible at loading..Check your load's!!! Not very rational or efficient.

I was one of the drivers dedicated out of here, the loading quality has overall been fair to quite poor with the odd load here and there being acceptable to good, but those are the anomaly, when presented with issues and problems the general attitude is abrasive and condescending from most of the floor managers. Unless you need to load out of here, don’t, or be prepared to accept problems that require solutions from you to fix them
