We love Home Depot, but the employees are what make this an exceptional store. Every time I have been there, several employees have offered assistance, even if I am not in their department. If they don't have an answer for me, they find someone who does, but they generally are familiar with the entire store. They are always, ALWAYS, friendly, helpful, and professional.

Shocked at the horrible customer service here. The exception to this is the girl working customer service and the poor gentleman running everywhere at the registers. We encountered 9 employees on our visit. 2 were nice, but brushed by quickly saying someone would be by to help, 2 were the great ones previously mentioned and the other 4 we encountered together seeking help. 1 of those 4 tried to help and he actually did complete the help successfully thankfully for him, but he was out talked by the others, in particular the female employee. She had an attitude and I did match it because there was no reason when the men standing there were nice and trying to solve the issue. Other customers mentioned employees wandering around and not helping so it wasn’t just me. When we left 2 people were still waiting for help and finally decided to go seek customer service to someone called. It’s a weekend so the story was busy, but no lines. Not a manager in sight. I’m assuming that’s part of the issue. Otherwise the store was well stocked and clean and the last employee was super awesome in electrical trying to help people in and around his department.

This is the best Home Depot location! Such a great variety and selection. If we want good quality lumber we tend to come to this location over the Batesville one. Very nice set up and employees are always nearby to help with questions or locating something. They have a really nice garden section too with lots of healthy plants to choose from in season.

Great salesperson Ashley in appliances. Great delivery drivers to bring our washer and dryer. Wouldn’t want to work with anyone else. However, the first washer had to be replaced because of a faulty drum and drainage. And the replacement washer has lost the alarm sounds. Faulty equipment so the manufacturer will get notice from me.

Had to get some PEX and fittings for an espresso machine install. I believe his name was David but he was very helpful and knowledgeable. We had to piece everything together based on a drawing I had. It was so easy with his help to get everything right. I NEVER got this type of help at Lowe’s. David deserves a raise. Also, I think her name was Tina but the lady at the self checkout was very friendly and went above and beyond too. Home Depot has definitely done their customer service correctly.

On October 15th, around 11:50 a.m., I encountered a very unprofessional and disappointing situation at the pickup counter of Home Depot. The two employees working at the time, a red-headed lady wearing glasses and an older woman, caused me to be late for my Roadie delivery by ignoring my presence and delaying the process. The older lady at pickup would not even take care of anyone unless "they were buying something." The red-headed woman, in particular, laughed in a mocking manner like an adult bully and made inappropriate comments about me being a new Roadie driver just because she had never seen me before.

To make matters worse, after making an unnecessary remark about me being from another state, this woman then proceeded to speak about me to the customer standing behind me as I was leaving. It was incredibly unprofessional and, frankly, disgusting that she would put someone else’s job at risk for her own amusement.

If Home Depot values its customers and partners, this type of behavior needs to be addressed. As a delivery driver, time is critical, and being delayed for such unprofessional reasons not only impacts my job but reflects poorly on Home Depot as well.

This store is hands down the worst place on gods good earth to call and get pricing from. They will send you around to 50 different people and you’ll never receive an answer and by the time it’s all over with they’ll disconnect your call.
