I am being charged for 2 units. Percilla refused to help me. I keep asking her for help and she refused. I asked her to pull up my files. She didn’t want to get out of her seat. She stayed at the computer and told me I was not allowed to speak to her supervisor. She doesn’t have any answers. I just keep getting “I don’t know” , “I don’t know” but you gotta pay for 2 units in order to get access. Percilla is super rude. Horrible customer service. I feel like I am in the hood talking to a teenage girl. I asked to speak to the supervisor and she refused. I asked when the supervisor would return she wiggled her head at me like a teenager and told me “I don’t know”. Never rent from here unless you want to be price gouged. Their monthly rent may seem lose but they make it up in fees later one way or another. Percilla also has her two dogs in the leasing office and my allergies are going crazy. I am coughing and sneezing. The dogs are baking at everything moving around. The dogs bark at people when they walk into the office.

Rented a UHaul from this location. Priscilla was so unbelievably rude and unhelpful. She had a bone to pick with me that I just didn't understand. Reading through the rest of the reviews here, it seems others have issues with her as well.

If you don't like your job, find a new one. Go to therapy. Figure something else out. Don't take your frustration out on others.

Been with this company for years , and I have to say, I couldn'tve made a better choice when selecting a storage facility. More than reasonably priced, convenient location right off the freeway, and they have by far the most helpful and customer friendly staff I've ever encountered. I'm so thankful for their continued service and look forward to many more years of it to come!

I needed a last minute U-Haul and used the app to find this place. Shilita really made the process clear and easy! The truck was clean and with a full tank of gas.

You can’t park on their property while you’re using your rental as spots are limited, but plenty of street parking.

I recommend this place for any U-Haul needs.
