The Dump (Sidney Marcus Boulevard) is a very large and very clean store. The furniture is displayed well, and separated by room type which facilitates walking the space to see the selection.

Shortly after I arrived, I was greeted by a very polite young man who was interested in understanding what I was looking for, and escorted me through the various areas. He actually located something that I had not planned on, but which ended up being the perfect furniture for my living room.

Dwayne was helpful, knowledgeable, and extremely personable. He arranged for delivery at a convenient date, and the checkout process was an easy one, with copies of all paperwork and an inspection sign off. He said my furniture would be taken off the floor very shortly so that it could be maintained safely until delivery.

There was a good variety of style, price-point and manufacturer to choose from. I highly recommend visiting The Dump.

We visited Sunday and Robert Marto was our sales representative. He was very knowledgeable. We finally agreed on a 100% leather & electric recliner & matching sofa set. The Dump has some very nice options that you really should sit on and feel the types of leather before purchasing. We have been looking for recliners for several months and just didn't find the quality available at other furniture stores. Thank you Bob for helping us make our choice.

You can get high end furniture from Dump. Some items are timely bases so if you are lucky you get an amazing discount on your furniture.

Customer attending staff is really good and cater to our needs.

They also deliver and have a credit card facility.

I’m so discouraged with this store AGAIN. We are selling one home, moving into a new one. I’ve been shopping for the last few months for some new furniture for the new house, but have held off buying until we had a close date and a firm move in date.

So today I get those dates! I’m so excited to order my furniture and get a delivery date! I’m so excited as I’ve been wanting this living room set for a long while!

I get on line, look in my cart where everything is saved and 5 out of the 6 items HAVE DOUBLED IN PRICE! I kid you not! My $2100 couch, that already had moved up to $2400 when it went to the clearance center, is now $4000!! One chair stayed the same price, but it was already $900!

I call my sales rep - they don’t really do calls, so she texted me back. I had to send her copies of our previous texts, pricing, etc. she said she’d talk to her manager and get back to me.

She’d did call back - he offered me 15% off ($1000) the total package - what a scam - you double the price 100%, then offer 15% off … oh! And I had to place the order before they closed TONITE - that was 15 minutes before they closed! I asked if I could call in the morning as I really needed to discuss with my partner, and got a firm NO - take it or leave it! I was stunned! Obviously their customer service is awful too!

I’ll never step foot in there again!! Everything I was trying to buy was in the “close out” or “last chance” department- how do you double the price on those pieces SCAMMERS! Beware! Just read the other reviews here and online elsewhere. This place is a joke!!
