Shipping was terrible. Very slow, took 6 days to go from Santa Fe Springs to Santa Fe Springs...not even joking. Kept getting the runaround that I'd get contacted the next day to get a delivery appointment, that happened 4 days in a row. The only positive was the delivery. Driver arrived, dropped off my tires, I signed and he left. The whole process took under 5 minutes. Other than that, I hope the company I purchased from doesn't use them anymore.

Had a delivery that was said to be delivered and had cleared my schedule to get the phone call and delivery. Never came or heard from shipper. Next day, 4:45pm they called to set up delivery while I was at work. When I was free to call around 530, I was told delivery schedule personnel had gone home at 5 so next delivery opening was 4 days later. I wouldn’t have ever written a review except for the lack of care given for the customer. Honestly, Just think about how little the company cares about your expectations and spend your money elsewhere if you can.

Worst trucking experience of my life. Will never use again. There's no customer service (call center in India). They left my cargo waiting for pickup for close to a week without ever telling me. I've been getting killed in warehousing fees because they didn't pick up the goods. Just mind numbing bad experience. Too many other good options, don't waste your time or money.

Your package never gonna come on the time. My package arrived to me 2 week later After they Scheduled time. Everyday I was calling and begging them to bring my package . Rude Customer service. I dont recomend you work with them

Arrive and go to office ,they will give you a door ,need to drop trailer and wait on the street until they call you ….be Prepared to wait minimum 7 hours…other that that ,nice people .

Literally Trade. I’m truck driver . Every time I come here, I wait for hours to take the load, don’t believe the fancy words you see at the doors and in certain places, they are all lies.
