I had not been to the Container Store in a while and was procrastinating about going because of the parking in Century City mall, but I had the BEST experience! All associates were very friendly and helpful. They found what I wanted right away and even found a solution for a storage need I had. I was in a bit of a hurry and Jason was very considerate of my time while still getting me everything i needed. The cherry on the cake was that he brought all my purchases down to my car for me. Wonderful service! Thank you Jason!

The store is good sized (we've been to some larger ones). There are so many thing at 5he Container store that you never knew you needed!🙂 We bought Elfa chest of drawers. We asked two diff staff to help find the right wood board for the top, they both said they would check in the back but never came back. Other than that we were able to find everything we wanted. The store is well laid out with wide gaps between the aisles.

My experience with Jimi during my order inquiry at The Container Store, Westfield Century City, was incredibly disappointing. Why wouldn’t you contact the customer if a product is unavailable? The website allowed me to check out and charged my credit card, but apparently, Jimi doesn’t like to actually *work*. His unprofessional response, blaming the issue on my email not working, is one of the most irresponsible things I’ve heard—especially from someone who claims to be a manager.

Now I have to make the trip there anyway because Jimi insisted I was wrong about my order, without making any effort to communicate that the item was out of stock. I have to purchase something else in place of the original item, and his unprofessional attitude is unacceptable. As I mentioned to him over the phone, he could’ve easily called me about the issue, regardless of the system, because that’s how customer service should work. Blaming it on an internal issue with my email is absurd. People like Jimi clearly don’t want to work anymore, and it shows.

This is a very large location with a great selection. Office, kitchen, garage and of course closets plus much more. They have it all covered. there was a sale with 25% off many items this weekend.

Clearance section is in the back left corner. Prices were good, but selection was pretty thin. There seem to be good service in the store as the line got long they brought many new cashiers up to assist and the line moved very quickly.

Parking near the AMC theater is a short walk to The Container Store. There are also many restaurants and a food court on the way.

Although most of this mall is very high-end, there are many unique shops and restaurants including some specialty ice cream and gelato locations that are fun to try out. In the opposite corner of this mall is a newer establishment called Eataly. A must-see.

Terrible service from start to finish. I went to pick up some Elfa shelves and asked for help carrying them to my car. They directed me to a pickup spot but gave no further instructions. After relying on unclear email instructions to find a "blue phone" that didn't exist, I sent my daughter into the store. They spent over 30 minutes trying to locate my order, despite me confirming it 20 minutes prior, and even paused to help other customers, making us wait longer.

After nearly an hour, I had to go back in myself to speak to the manager, who promised a follow-up that never happened. The staff dropped off my shelves and left without taking my contact info as promised. Disorganized, unhelpful, and a complete waste of time.

Nice check in.. Security here is a bit of a pain and want you to continually driver AROUND the building in circles if you barely block a drive. I guess you could park in the middle of the street in the turn lane ↔️ next to he parking garage by Chick-Fil-A curbside pickup. The dock is parallel to the road against the building. Average time for unloading here about 1 hour 30 minutes to 2 hours.
