It's alright have to disconnect truck and move away from trailer before they start loading you
the yard jockey was very polite and helpful you must fill out paper in tube and send it that way they will call you when loaded to reconnect to your trailer and pick up bills at front gate entrance no office

Slow check in about 8-10 minutes per truck. Drop trailer in assigned door and park bobtail. 2.5 hr unload. Fast check out. There is a bathroom, but it's all the way at the entrance in the main building.

The check in guard was real nice and she even gave my dog some lil treats which was thoughtful. She called me from her personal phone because the "your paperwork is ready" call wasn't coming thru. Check in and out was easy

Gross weight was over,had to wait for rework that wouldn't start until 6pm crew came in. Lady told me I couldn't stay because no overnight parking. Chain reactions made for a terrible trip. Only to be sent back 2 days later to pick up a load and the trailer has a flat tire. AWFUL PLACE.

The women who work at the entrance have no respect for the drivers and talk to the drivers with disrespect. I think that's because they are very nervous. It seems that this work is too much for them. I went to the window to ask a question and she replied with disrespect and closed the window in my face. I don't know who gave her permission to treat me like this?

Just took two hours to get loaded, Nice staff on the checkin office, unhook trailer during loading, scale inside, may be the other bad reviews depend on different days.
