What an amazing location! They were hosting an open house, so we got to check out dozens of amazing murals from some of the best artists around the world. Charles Gadeken is the mastermind behind the space, as well as installations that incorporate light across the City. He started off with a couple of containers, and now there dozen scattered around. I highly recommend checking it out if they're open and really getting an incredible tour of street art.

Don't miss an opportunity to see the murals at one of their open studios! The art is amazing, the people are incredible, and the vibe is Woman and LGBTQ+ positive. I came to the Box Shop 7 years ago looking to join the Flaming Lotus Girls. My life has completely changed because of the community and opportunities I found there.

This place is the best shipping place in all of Lompoc!! The owner goes the extra mile to help you not like other shipping services in Lompoc! I would never go anywhere else this place is the best!!! The Box Shop is home to an incredible and diverse community of artists working in media like metal, glass and fire that is totally unique in SF. Thanks to the mural project it's also home to a one-of-a-kind collection of fine art and street art murals. Truly a landmark in the Bay Area art scene and beyond!

One of the last places in SF to make industrial art. Great community in an awesome location. Home to a lot of artists who show at Burning Man and beyond. Not open to the public but it's easy to get involved and invited to help with a project based in the Box Shop.
