Is there a way to leave negative stars? Horrible company and customer service. Like the many others who had a similar experience, my IKEA order was scheduled through this company. I received a SMS at 12h 11 that said, "Ikea delivery 10 minutes". I put my shoes on and wait out front. At 12h 33, I receive an email saying the delivery needs to be rescheduled because the customer was not available. I call TForce, and the guy answering the phone just says. "Yeah?" A true professional, no doubt. He tells me they cannot reschedule for 48 hours, and like a parrot, he keeps saying, "I can do nothing, call IKEA." They take LLTTLE or NO responsibility for their actions.
UPDATE: Redelivery scheduled for yesterday with a window of 8h to 20h. No call, no show from the driver. Called IKEA at 20h 10 for an update. They say the driver was running late and would be there by 21h. 21h 05 and still no delivery. I call IKEA again. They tell me it was getting too late for the driver and he returned to the warehouse. Still, NO delivery. Pathetic company.

Had an order coming in from Grizzly Industrial today. Received a call from their dispatch a few days prior to coordinate the date and time and was given a delivery window of 1pm to 5pm on March 13th. Took the entire day off work to ensure I would be available to receive the delivery. 1pm, nothing. 2pm, nothing. 3pm, nothing. Fast forward to 6pm, still nothing. Reached out to their CS and explained the issue. Was told me that my shipment never made it onto a truck and that they were unable to get in touch with the Phoenix station because nobody over there was answering the phone. Unreal. Beyond frustrated with this shoddy, fly by night, company. The only delivery service worse than these clowns is OnTrac.
Oh, and quick message to the individual from TForce that plans on replying with some nicely worded, cut and paste, apologetic BS in a weak attempt to do damage control, don't bother. Leaving a reply talking about how "delivering a positive customer experience is important to you" wont fix anything. If a positive customer experience was truly important to you, you would have at least called me to tell me my shipment never made it onto the truck so I didn't have to lose a whole days pay. There was ZERO excuse for what happened today.
Update: Received a call from TForce on March 14th, was informed that they could not get it delivered until late in the evening or first thing in the morning on March 15th. Bottom line, I will never purchase anything from anyone ever agin who uses TForce to deliver their products. These guys suck.

If I could give zero stars I would. I placed an online order from Ikea, who uses this company to make deliveries. I was given a window for delivery of 11-3. when 315 came and went, I called Ikea who said the driver was on their way. at 405, I got one phone call from the driver named Izequiel, that sadly I missed. He called once, never came to the door, and didn't answer his phone from Ikea or Tforce. After multiple phone calls, TForce explained the delivery would need to be rescheduled. I stated that taking another full day off work was unacceptable.
I called back this morning at 945, to confirm my delivery, and they said nothing was updated and that they couldn't even confirm where my packages were, and asked me to call back in a few hours for an update.
I have never experienced such lack of customer service. I hope Ikea stops using this company entirely. What a sad and disappointing experience over all.

Horrible horrible horrible delivery service.
They deserve 0 stars. No idea why on earth IKEA uses this company to deliver products. I have been waiting since Monday for my items to be delivered. It’s Thursday now, still nothing. I have called every day this week only to be told by some customer
service agent in India that the package would be delivered the next day. The first excuse I received on Monday was that the guy who showed up to pick up the order to deliver it didn’t have a big enough car. Next excuse on Tuesday was that they didn’t have enough staff. Wednesday rolls around, no valid excuse even given just that the delivery wasnt scheduled by IKEA (even tho it was already scheduled for the past Monday). Fast forward to today where the delivery was scheduled between 11am and 3pm. Here I am at 2:58pm still no packages in sight. I have wasted my time every day this week calling this horrible place trying to get this handled. What an absolute nightmare this company is.

To summarize my experience with this company, zero accountability or capacity for providing any level of customer service. I placed an order with Ikea. A few days later, I was called to confirm delivery window. The delivery window came and went. When I attempted to reach out to TForce via email for information on my shipment, I was sent a canned response of "Please wait 24-48 hours". When attempting to call them directly, they have no record of my order or indication of a shipment, in spite of their system calling to confirm delivery. The sea of 1star reviews on this company is indicative enough of their incompetence and inability to perform the most basic functions of their responsibilities as shipping company.

Whyyyy does IKEA use such an irresponsible company? If I could give zero stars I would. What a terrible, and terribly unreliable company. ZERO accountability. They blew three past delivery dates and times. Stayed up late waiting for it last night bc we were told we were the next stop and the guy never showed and there’s suddenly no trace of our order. What a mess. I have since cancelled my order and taking my business elsewhere. IKEA - choose more wisely. Bad business move.

Awful experience. IKEA using them as the shipping company of choice for in-home deliveries makes that option essentially useless. I called with them several times over four days, waited for them at home, and because of something so simple as a phone number change, which I reported before the first delivery attempt, the delivery failed three times. I could not get a contact number for the driver, nothing. It was the perfect catch XXII. The driver always called the old number. They were blaming IKEA, but I called with IKEA customer service literally 10 times over those four days, and IKEA did everything they could, including e-mailing this company my new number separately upon being asked. In the end, I had to cancel my IKEA order, and drove to the store with a friend in person to at least pick up a bed for my new apartment. If you want to order from IKEA in the US, it might be worth a call to see if they will use this shipping company. If so, I advise you to find a different way to get your stuff, or pray that you won't have to change anything or that nothing goes wrong before your order delivery. Because in my case, regardless of calling the call centre before the delivery attempt twice and making sure that the number they have on file is correct (two people in the call centre independently confirmed my correct number on file prior to alleged delivery attempt, and since the calls are allegedly monitored, it should be saved somewhere), the driver still apparently called the old number and never showed up. TForce, if you copy paste the same response you had to other negative reviews here, you are proving my point that there is no way to communicate with you in a reliable manner. Calling the customer service has been 100% useless, and I don't think it's a fault of the poor random call centre workers.

Same experience as everyone else. Ordered furniture through Ikea and given a 4hr window from 4pm - 8pm. That 4hr window has now become a 6hr window and counting...Who knows when I'll receive my delivery, if ever.
