Bad service. I told this lady I was printing out flyers for my business and that I needed to print out flyers from my laptop. She talked to me like I was dumb. She said you can't connect wifi to a printer (bullshit) and you can't connect a laptop to WiFi (bullshit). Anyone else going through this and wanna talk about it?

I give this location a 5-star because of one individual. I wish I knew her name, but she's at the front desk. Elderly Black woman that always make eye contact with me and that's very important. (It could be the fact that I ALWAYS wear a black hair wrap to cover my locs and a black face mask, so I'm recognizable I guess.)

I've been there twice, and she's there with the same attitude: a smile and greeting. As I left today, she told me bye and to warm up because the classes are cold. I'm sure she's just doing her job, but I don't feel like just another person looking for help. I feel important when she talks to me.

As far as the place, it's clean and organized. Seems professional. Good with resources.

As far as the service that the workforce provide (according to the government /state) 😳 that's another kind of issue. I can't hold individuals accountable for the government/state rules and regulations that work at this location. I can understand being shorthanded, shortstaffed, falling behind, I do...really I do.

Sometimes the waiting period or process for paperwork seems extremely long for the ball to get rolling. Especially for someone that's needing immediate help.

Some of the people are super helpful, but something's wrong with the overall program.

Worst customer service and services. They hire ignorant people that are just milking the system. This is a WASTE OF TAXPAYER FUNDS. Each time I call They transfer me to someone who is Not in the office. I went in twice & both times No Help was given. These employees are a Joke. Wasted funds

The environment was clean, proper sanitation tools were available, social distancing definitely observed. The reason for the lower rating is due to the assistance and lack of sharing about services and resources. I have been out of work since late February and have visited the center weekly (until the COVID closure) and each visit lasted approximately 2hrs. Without a computer at home I am extremely grateful to have the center however it saddens me that the ONLY thing I know about the facility is that there is a computer lab that I can use. THAT IS NOT OK!!! This is NOT due to lack of inquiring either. The community would greatly benefit if the receptionist was extended additional training on educating visitors as to what is available and how to take advantage of all services and resources. What programs are available, New job search platforms rolled out, how to partner with a job coach. That type of assistance would ensure that a person like myself who has NOT received a dime of unemployment nor income in over 90 days, could re-enter the workforce and once again become a self sufficient, contributing member of this community as quickly as possible. Just my thoughts.....

They act all uppity in there, but their bathrooms haven't been cleaned in ages. The doors are filthy and so is the computer area. I bet if I took a wipe to the counter top it would be nasty. There are always issues with the printers and rarely do you see them actually helping people...a select few are fine. The majority of the staff needs to readjust their demeanor.
