Left our driver waiting with LTL order, while nobody in his dock
booked as fc/fs , arrive " need appnt. " Awful place to deal with would never go back if possible

Drivers unless you want to be treated like nothing.
Don’t deliver or pick up a load from here. This place doesn’t deserve our efforts.

If I could put zero stars. Worst shipper we have ever worked with. Started off when my driver arrived at 08:30. Wrong pickup numbers okay no problem. Came back gave right pickup number and was told to wait in the back to get loaded. Per agreement elsewhere no appt needed told by customer.Driver waited over 7 hours to get loaded. When my driver finally got loaded. My driver found a spot where he could park to strap and tarp. He then proceeded to finish while waiting on the office guy (Ken if not mistaken) to come out and inspect the load. While there he proceeded to argue with my drivers partner a 17 year old about parking where he was instead of politely asking to please move. He later threatened to call the cops. My driver then proceeded to argue with him about doing the right thing. My driver told him to unload the trailer and he will get out of there if that’s what he wanted. He then backed off and started saying racial slurs to my driver and son. My driver as a professional driver decided not to keep on arguing and finish tarping and straping and leaving the premises. I do not wish hate on people but this right here I wish on Ken a pathetic life just like as pathetic the way he treated my driver and his son.

The gate opens at 5 am No place to park before 5. Unloading is quick and pleasant. Office and dock people are very nice. Thank you!😊

Get in and out fast, say little, the guys in the office are jerks, the forklift people are great.
