Texas International Freight is EXCELLENT to work with. Our first experience with importing a purchase became overwhelming until we contacted TIF. Everyone at TIF, including the delivery driver, was courteous and helpful, they really took the stress out of the process. Even in the middle of the port strikes, they always kept us up to date. Katie to the rescue! Needed to find a Custom Broker super fast as shipment was scheduled to arrive to port soon - was unaware at the time of ordering the equipment that cost DID NOT include clearing customs and delivering freight to door. Reached out to Texas International Freight and spoke with Katie. She immediately began to work on preparing appropriate forms and was in constant email communications with me. Shipment cleared customs without any delays. Katie quoted me a "Hot Shot" delivery that was very fair/reasonable. Shipment arrived to final destination without any issues! The transportation business can be very stressful with so many "hands" in the mix; I'm so thankful I came across TIF & Katie's excellent, professional execution of our shipment. Thanks again Katie!
