Daniel and his team are incredibly helpful & knowledgeable about their product. It is so refreshing to go shopping on a lazy weekend and not feel pressured into buying something for the sake of commissions. The store is easy to maneuver around and set up in a comfortable way (like I can picture their furniture in my back yard). The deals and discounts are amazing. Highly recommended giving this place a visit!

Edit: I continue to be so impressed by the folks at the Terra Outdoor Living outlet. When I purchased my firepit last December, they didn’t have the matching propane tank cover in stock. I asked them to call me if it ever came in stock… but didn’t have much faith I would get a call because it was a huge ask to be remembered and contacted. Whelp, this weekend…Mathew reached out to me. He also took pics of the propane tank cover and sent them to me, sent me a quote, and when I gave the thumbs up set it aside for me. Who does that! I love the quality of the merchandise… my fire pit is amazing… but I am even more impressed with the high caliber customer service. If I could give 10 stars I wouldn’t

Original review: Very very helpful staff. I was extremely indecisive and they helped me weigh all my options, lit up several fire tables for me, even discussed design and placement in my yard. The delivery guys they recommended were awesome as well. Could not be happier with the staff or my purchase!

I visited the outlet for the first time during their huge January sale. The prices were pretty amazing, but what surprised me most was the excellent customer service that I received from Matthew. One thing to note is that many people need extra attention when making their purchase, but if you are patient one of the excellent sales staff will help you navigate all of your questions. We purchased a dining set and other pieces to complete our Terra ensemble. I will definitely return to the outlet, even over the retail stores, they have more inventory that you can actually see and the best sales staff...ask for Matthew. This is a huge compliment since I live 10 minutes from a full retail store and I have to drive almost an hour to get to the outlet!! They also have a great mover Erick who can deliver all of your purchases. Five stars!!

Outstanding service! The salesman who is helping me went way over the top to help me get what I need. Even help load it into my truck and made sure that it was all padded nice and safe. Highly recommend this place, the deals are significantly better than their retail store, and many of the pieces are completely normal without any blemishes

This is a good place to go for slightly nicked and steeply discounted outdoor furniture. It's still expensive, but condierably less than the exorbitant prices at the non outlet stores. The real reason for this 5 star review is the service. My wife and I went shopping for chairs and a sofa and were greatly assisted my Matthew Wright. If only customer service were like this in every store! Matt was so helpful, asking really important questions about what was important to us, and giving us lots of little tips on how to think about the benefits and drawbacks of the various models on display. We're very grateful to Matt for being so good at his job.

We had such a great experience shopping during the recent outlet sale. Alex was so incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and helpful in helping us select the right pieces for our new deck. The supervisor (can’t recall the name) was also really helpful, and everyone working there was just really friendly, and this was at the end of a Sunday evening after closing. 3rd party delivery worked out great and we are loving the deeply discounted pieces that we selected.
