This place is nice the employees are friendly. I just want to give some updated information.
Drivers are required closed toe shoes upon entering the building
If you are receiving you have to turn in your keys in the bowl and sit inside while they unload you

They don't take long and get on your trailer as soon as you check in

I don’t know where all this positive reviews came from , slow unloading and you need to be inside , also you have give them truck keys , no sitting in a truck .

When coming down Piedmont Triad Parkway, turn left at the stop sign onto Pegg Road. Don't go straight. After you turn onto Pegg Rd the entrance will be on the right. I've posted pictures in order as you approach. Go down the driveway and make a left at the bottom. There is a pond at the end of this left. You'll be facing door #1. The drivers entrance is in between doors 12 and 13. When I checked in they asked which door was I in. So I guess after you turn past the small pond, PICK A DOOR!! Hope this helps. As a driver my biggest concern is getting checked in and unloaded as quickly as possible...they did both. Was in and out in under an hour. Brought my signed copy of paperwork out to me.

Went in building. Loading to the right, unloading to the left. Gave guy my BOL. Told to park at any empty door of that side of the building. Unloaded in 30min. Guy brought paperwork outside to me in truck. Parked on the other side of lot by other empty trailers and waited on next load. No security guard booth to go through. So they may have overnight parking. They were my second stop in NC.

Awesome place had no issues very simple and easy to back up and unload... respect them and they do the same... thank you
