We love the convenience and quality of the TCP Storage on Arrington Rd, College Station. It is clean and well maintained. Staff is attentive and keeps an eye on things we feel very secure.

Had the worst experience. The day moved in the codes we were given did not work and we had to wait for a maintenance worker to get us in. We opened our unit to find bedding and on the ground and the floor was filthy. We had been told the unit would be prorated for move in and move out by the lady at the office. On them month of move out they made us pay a full month not the 7 days we used the unit. The manager was rude in emails, didn't address problem only said tell me the name and I will fire her immediately. On move out we again could not get in with codes because they had been changed again! After getting into property and opening the unit we were disgusted! There was rat poop ALL OVER EVERYTHING! Will never go back to this business with any of my kids and future moves.

HORRIBLE PLACE!! they do t take care of their property or units. All my belongings were destroyed and Infested with rats. WATER DAMAGE EVERYWHERE. when I called emergency maintenance line the woman stated they didn't even do maintenance on that storage location and hung up. Spoke with the "property manager" Travis about everything being ruined etc his exact words were so I'm guessing g your calling because you want us to replace items he was very rude and belittling when I asked to speak with his boss he refused to give me his contact info. I WOULD NEVER TRUST THIS COMPANY AGAIN WITH SO MUCH AS holding a pair of socks for me. ATTACHING PHOTOS!! of dead rat carcass, water damage and black mold.

Decent price for what we rented, site unseen - our boat unit does not have a concrete floor & it was not maintained prior to a new tenant, so there are weeds & ants throughout. When we first drove up to the facility, the entry gate was open & there was a lock on our unit, so I had to call. She was helpful in getting the existing lock off, but there was no mention of who’s lock we had to use or a fee. Now there a month and the entry gate is still not fixed & we’re being charged for a lock were not using (A combination lock & have no idea who else knows the combination). It’s an enclosed space, but may be looking for something different if they can’t get the entry gate fixed, since we’re paying for a secured unit at a secure facility.

Place is not secure! I had all of my electronics stolen out of my unit and others have had their locks cut. They informed me after the fact that not "every unit is in line of sight with a camera". Not their job to ensure your things are safe I guess🤷‍♂️
Thought that was the whole point. I'll be moving my stuff elsewhere.

Very impressed with the level of their customer service! They get back to you very quickly and are willing to help you out in whatever way they can. The prices and size of the units are very good. The units are quite spacious! Definitely recommend them to anyone trying to find an easy and accommodating staff and units!!

Nice facility however the accessibility is less than desirable. Hard to turn around with a trailer and the unit we were assigned to was against a fence so we had to walk all of our stuff all the way around instead of pulling up to it. It made for a very long hot day. Their a bit pricey as well.

They were very kind and accommodating! The customer service is awesome and the manager gets back very quickly with any answers to questions you have! Plus they are very affordable compared to some places in college station. The move in and move out process is very simple and there’s no hidden fees or anything like that so I would highly recommend!
