Self checkout not making staff more engaged. Cheese had to be on shelf for some time. Staff members at front playing Rubik’s cube while folks check out. So much for Customer Experience!! 😔

This Target is so disorganized. We went on a Sunday and found a chick-Fila cup, so it must have been left over from the day before. There is constantly stuff in the floor. Shelves are not organized. The shoe department is a mess. The Halloween section was poorly stocked and absolutely ab atrocious mess. We have been to several Targets and this one is by far the worst we have been to. Do better, please!

I found 3 items there I would not mine trying again, one package of meat had gone bad, I discovered when I got home with it, could not be used! The returned tv process and receiving refund was good.

I was wrongly accused of theft and fraud at this Target in Jonesboro. The young man over the security detained me and accused me of stealing and fraud saying I put items in my bag and didn’t pay for them and went to service department to get gift cards with receipts I had but didn’t return products previously purchased with those receipts! I was flabbergasted and treated like a criminal and he repeatedly refused to listen to anything I had to say! Lied and told me to sign an agreement to the accusations but I wd not be arrested.. A wonderful guy Jessie at customer service reviewed my receipts and collected all products I was accused of stealing. However Zac the obnoxious and very argumentative security guy never contacted him when I was explaining I did return items but I didn’t have the labels on them so I put labeled products in my bag so when I went to check out they wd have all appropriate info to refund from items according to my receipts! I was arrested and this was the most u just thing I’ve ever experienced in my life. I will be filing a law suit and was curious if any others have been falsely accused as well! I’ve hired an attorney and will be relentless until this is solved appropriately! If you have had anything like this legitimately happen to you please post my attorney will reach out l. Thx

This has got to be one of the worst Targets there is. The store is dated and unorganized, they don’t have hardly any of the new items other stores have. On top of that I got the wrong pick up order and when I called to let them know they were beyond rude and didn’t even apologize for their mistake and wasted my time and gas to have to come back up there and exchange the items. I tried to call and speak to a manger about the person on the phones attitude and all they would do is pick up the phone and hang up. Corporate needs to visit this store.

Honestly, I have no idea where to even begin. I have been here multiple times and this is by far the filthiest and most disgusting Target I have ever been to. There is trash on the floor, clothes thrown around, nothing is stocked, it appears as though Black Friday happened and no one cared to clean up. For the first time in my life I can honestly say the local Wal-Mart is in better condition than this store. Disgusting and shameful.

Last thing, don’t event think about doing an online order. Half of the items will be cancelled as “out of stock” even though it shows available online. I do have to admit it is borderline impossible to find anything in that trash-pile of a store.

This Target is as bad as the one in Memphis before the remodel. Stuff everywhere in the floors, inventory in boxes, unpacked... the shoes and beauty/fragrance was also a wreck. They had all kinds of Halloween inventory packed in boxes in the back of the store and its less than a week away. Self checkout looks unclean.

Were out of a few essential items but overall a well kept store that has handled large returns and helped find odd items with care and respect.
