Well I had some issues and this visit I have preciously visited a take 5 site in Florida and they didn’t in stall my skid plate in place correctly so the manager gave me a hand written note on my invoice that the next visit would be 50% off and the Eldorado site gave me all of these excuses on why he couldn’t honor my request, then they took about 45 minutes to change my oil because the had a new guy they were training! And the they left oil stains and hand prints everywhere they touched my truck mind you I had just washed my truck! After I returned the manager did try to clean it

The guy was friendly but claimed he was in a big hurry because he'd been there since 8am(not my problem) $140 for an oil change is insane! He wasn't going to check my air filter or any of my fluids. If you pay this amount they should not be in such a big hurry that they don't provide good service. I probably will not be back

Our technician was quick and very polite when changing the oil on my husband's truck and on my car. Even though it was busy, we were in and out within a reasonable amount of time and he also let us know that if we upgraded and got the higher service it'll save our vehicles in the long run! Definitely going to continue to go there in the future, also when going make sure you get James!

I like service I received here. My engine air filter and my cabin air filters were changed (very reasonable prices). It would have been a 5 star visit, but they did not check my tire pressure, I had to ask and the tech only checked and aired up the driver’s side tires. Still good service so if you need an oil change and air filters changed go by and see them.

If I could give 0 stars I would . The “manger “ is super rude and unprofessional. He doesn’t want to genuinely help his customers, he wants to yell and not even resolve what you’re asking him to do . My car ran out of oil because the oil changed was not done correctly, I had to pay another mechanic to have a look at it , on top of risking my engine going bad due to no oil in it . I don’t recommend them , they will treat you poorly and not even get the job done .

Broke the oil stick inside of engine of my vehicle 3 months ago. We were told to order a new new oil stick and they would fix it. In the meantime the employee who broke it has left. Just got the new stick that we had to order in and now they are saying they are not responsible for paying for the oil stick or removing the old broken one out of the hole. Told to call main company but that number rings and then goes dead. Will be reporting this to BBB.

Went recently and they didn’t have 5W20 in any brand, something about a delivery issue. Once I left and mentioned what happened to my roommate they asked “They didn’t offer to do anything? That’s happened to me twice but they just ran down to autozone and got me set up.” So maybe they just didn’t feel like being helpful that day. 4 stars because I have gone once prior and it was wonderful and will be trying again in the near future.

Took my son’s Audi A4 in for oil chance. Gavin and the other employee were very helpful. Gavin was very knowledgeable on foreign cars. I would definitely try them out.
