During past week trying to contact to any representative for more than 10 times. No one aswers the phone. Left a voice message for inquiry. E-mailed them for requesting service. No feedback or call back. After numerous calls someone picked up the phone (Miracle!!!!) and while I was requesting import and customs clearence service the person hanged up the phone saying "we are not interested". Might be even did not understand what I was requesting. You are not interested in what? Providing service what you are announcing in all platforms? P.S. Please change your phone IVR as you "are not working harder" you are NOT working AT ALL!
