We contacted System Scale Corporation to get our scales calibrated and Evan did an amazing job! He was very helpful, knowledgeable, and had us up and running in no time! This was our first time using System Scales for our calibrations and we are pleased with Evan’s work! Highly recommend and will continue working with System Scale Corporation!

I would also like to mention that we had a great customer service experience. Sandra is great! She helped me get scheduled in a timely manner and made sure I had everything taken care of.

My employer has dealt with System Scale for many years. We have had a lot of technicians come through for service calls and annual calibrations. I have never had a bad experience with any of them. We just had our annual calibration performed by Evan. In the past annual calibrations the services have been completed as expected but Evan really took it to another level. He wanted to make sure every scale was as close to perfect as possible. I don’t think I have ever seen any other technician in 5 years use every single weight at their disposal on every scale that was calibrated. He would move all 500+lbs back and forth from the scales until it was calibrated perfectly. I would highly recommend Evan and would love to have him back out next year and for any future service calls.
