This place is absolute garbage. My appointment was at 8a They did not start offloading me until noon. I will be here for another 5 to 6 hours 100%. I don’t know what it is about capstone logistics but they are absolutely garbage and I do not understand how they can get away with conducting business like this. I have been driving for 15 years in my top three worst places are all Sysco that used capstone logistics. There is no drivers lounge and you have to talk to someone and see if you can use their vending machines. Be prepared to run out of time making your delivery and make sure you bring food because you will be here 6 to 10 hours. I have never gotten out of any Sysco in under 6 hours ever. I also hope that you do not have to use the restroom. I had to use the porta potty this morning, it was dirty And 30° outside. This facility absolutely does not give a shit about drivers. I can’t believe I cannot even use a decent restroom If I’m going to be here 6-10 hours. Insane !!!

I almost forgot to add this…. It took me two hours to get checked in and into the facility. There are four lines that merge into two and it is an absolute disaster. There is no one controlling lanes. You have a bunch of foreigners and Indians cutting in front of people. You’d think as poorly as this place is run that they would make changes. Nope. Sysco is just going to keep screwing people. Big company I would never work for. I don’t understand why you’d work for a place that screws people and pays poorly. I guess some people really need a job and aren’t qualified to do anything else.

In at 5AM for a 6AM appointment, unloaded by 8AM, had to wait to 12PM for the bills. 8 pallets. Don't waste your time coming here. There were trucks sleeping on the 2 roads before they merge into 2 lanes, but not sure if that's a good idea.

Ok drivers. When you pull up to stop sign wait in ur truck they will come about around 5 am and hand you paper to fill out. Then you wait in your truck until they come get you Yes you hang on to the paper and your bills. They have no clue who u are you but wait in truck. If u have a 6 am appointment means nothing. Just wait in your truck. I can now see why everyone is giving this place a 1 star or lower. Slow. Slow

Just wait in your truck at stop sign they will come to you…..

The reviews are spot on. This place is ridiculous. It does not take over 3 hours to unload a trailer. Been here over 3 hours and they might be. I stress. Might be half way done. Don’t ever come here because I won’t ever come here again
