I was at this place on March 21 unloading, my appointment was for the afternoon but I could leave that trailer and take an empty one... in the office they told me that they didn't have any empty trailer for me but this was a lie!!! In the afternoon I returned to the business and they gave me an empty trailer that was at a door, the door light was on GREEN all the time, so I hitched the trailer and when I went to leave the security guard did not let me out, I had to return... when I returned there were approximately 8 people outside, accusing me of taking a trailer without permission, when they had already given me the trailer number and where I could take it!!! The next day they made a report SAYING THAT MY CO DRIVER AND I WERE HIGHLY DANGEROUS PEOPLE, AND ACCUSING US OF THEFT BECAUSE WE SUPPOSEDLY WERE GOING TO TAKE A LOADED TRAILER WHEN NONE OF THIS HAPPENED... I FELT DISCRIMINATED FOR BEING LATINA. BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN YOU GO, THEY ARE DRAMATIC AND LIAR PEOPLE!

Load was scheduled to be preloaded at 0300. Arrived for pick up at 0930 and load was not ready. Had to check in ever couple of hours. Finally after 10 hrs, at 730pm, the load was ready.
The workers are all always very nice tho

Worst place to deliver !!! Been here since 4 am and just got a door to drop trailer and it’s 3 pm.

Went there in the middle of a shift change. Big mistake. I was there for 3 hours before they started loading me. Once assigned a door they load you fast

Typical of a place like this. Check in, drop trailer in door, bobtail to waiting area, they call your phone when loaded. Arrived 2 hrs before appt, loaded 3.25 hrs after appt. Lady at guard shack was super nice.

Horrible horrible location. I need to pick up loaded trailer appointment was 1:00 pm but I get here 11:30 pm check in they said couples hours will be ready. But I ask again 4:00 pm they says couples hours will ready. They I ask again at 6:00 pm they says same thing in two hours will be ready then I ask again in check in office at 8:45 pm they says 10:00 pm will be ready but now 10:00 pm no body call yet for pick trailer. Let’s see all most 12 hours of check in. But no loaded trailer is ready yet.be care full I’ll let you know when I get the trailer
