We purchased French doors and had them professionally installed January 8th, and they looked great. About a week or two later the bottom of the door was damaged. It’s a door on an unfinished addition so it’s more decorative at this point. (So minimal use) After speaking with customer service we ended up getting refunded. They were nothing but pleasant the whole time as we discussed the situation.

Several years ago, I got lots of building materials here and loved it, great deals on good surplus items, but it has changed dramatically. I was looking for a bathroom vanity, and remembered they used to have a great selection of surplus vanities, so I drove down just to be greatly disappointed.
They may have some deals on surplus, but the vanity section is just a warehouse big box store that calls itself a surplus store. They had a good selection of vanities, and can order almost any size of any vanity you find in their showroom. But their prices are shockingly expensive. I know prices everywhere have increased, but wow! In the vanity section, most are higher than the most expensive Home Depot and Lowe's prices on vanities.
If they were higher quality, you might argue for higher prices, but it's not, the quality is no better. And, it supposed to be a surplus store for crying out loud. I don't seek out a surplus store so I can pay higher prices than HD for the same quality items!
It's fine to have a warehouse store, but it seems deceptive to call this a surplus store.

Johnny is the BEST customer service rep ever! I am a stickler for customer service since I have been in the service industry for most of my life. My standards are so very high that it is rare that I would review a rep since I wouldn't ever do a bad review. Johnny has been excellent with his communication and manages expectations superbly. His personality makes you feel heard and he is proactive with his approach. He has his finger on the pulse of the operation making sure he follows your order all the way from order placement to the delivery of the product! Thank you Johnny! Grateful for SBMTX and their team. Erika & Allen have both been great to work with. Their cabinets are of similar quality to what you can get elsewhere, but at a much lower price, so the value is huge. Loving our new kitchen!

Great people great service and great product. I had an issue
