Bought a wood fireplace insert. It came in was a cheap made model. We had our contractor return it. The box had to be cut to take it out. Reese accepted the unit back and I was waiting to see my refund on my credit card. I called and Reese refused us a refund because of the box. He said to me "would you buy that in a box that looked like that"? That's a lame excuse not to allow someone to return a product is for a box to be cut when it was a huge until that could not be lifted out of a box. Better watch out buying from a place that takes defense to their customer instead of working with them. Now they have my insert and my money as well. I am going to have to call American Express and file a chargeback to get my money back. Baware is all I know to say.

I just made my first visit with a neighbor I was helping to return extra insulation and a rented blower. A fella named Reese initially helped this neighbor determine how much insulation he would need for a very small house, but when the job was done there was a good bit more than half of the delivered bags left over. So when a return was requested, instead of ‘I’m sorry to have over estimated your need’ Reese said he would need to charge extra for the delivery fee and mentioned a restocking fee, squarely placing the blame on my neighbor. My plan was to purchase electrical supplies for my new barn, but no thanks.

Went there looking for #2 2 by 6 by 20 ft.
Realize they weren’t gonna fit in my GMC.Asked what delivery would be?
They did it for free, me being a first time customer.
They placed the entire bundle on the ground where I asked without me ever touching them.
Might have been my first visit but not my last.
These folks are good.

Money hungry family owned people!
Their company truck strap came off and busted my tire and with photos and the strap which has their company name on it,I Took it up there and their not willing to replace my tire which I had to buy a new one!
They could care less about people,all they are worried about is MONEY! I would not purchase a thing from them! Most disrespectful,dishonest,peoplea
