I’ve ordered many parts from them and they have the best selection you can find. Things you can’t find locally or at Home Depot and Lowe’s. Supply house has them and good quality, with fast shipping. Always a relief to get the much needed and hard to find plumbing supplies.

Hours online show they are open till 8pm even allowed me to place a pick up order to arrive at 6:30pm after driving 1 hour and 20 minutes that they can't process orders after 6pm. Disappointing that they don't have there stuff together being such a large company. They had people there and answered door and let me in but would not give me my order!!! Really needed it to keep business running!!!

Sent a damaged product that arrived Thursday. I called and they said they would send a new one overnight for delivery Friday. Nothing on Friday, called back and they said it wasn’t shipped so they would send immediately but with Memorial Day it would be Tuesday! I’m going a whole week now without ac because they can’t send a good part or fulfill what they say they will do. Wont let me pick up from warehouse 10 min down the road either. Terrible customers service

wow, I googled up supply house to get online and did not realize they have only a 3.1 star rating. I have had great service and very fast turn around. The only issue is they ship sometimes with huge boxes for small items! Otherwise I will continue to order from them. The low ratings come from employees. That does make a difference, I hope they can figure that out.

Needed new burner assembly for old Whirlpool water heater. Best anyone else could do was 8-10 days via UPS ground. Found the part on Supply and it was delivered the next day to Houston from their Dallas warehouse free shipping. We have hot water again and everyone is happy!

We purchased a PEX water distribution panel from Supply House 2 years ago. As I remember, fast shipping, good service. That's not what this is about. About a week ago the unit sprung a very small leak in the plastic at the top of the unit, a manufacturing defect from what I can tell. I contacted Viega, the manufacturer of the ManaBloc panel. What I got from them was truly an unacceptable response from the initial contact there. I was able to move up the food chain where the response was just a little better than lukewarm.

However, my contacts at Supply House were just the opposite. I ordered a replacement manifold and they shipped it Next Day. When it arrived I was able to remove and replace the old unit. Better than that, they were more proactive about honoring the manufacturer's warranty. That's sad, in part, because these days it seems like a lot of things break. What sets companies apart is how they deal with those things. In this case Supply House and their fine people cared more than the manufacturer and took care of all the details. They have my thanks and more importantly, they have my business in the future.

I have been purchasing HVAC supplies from them online for several years and the shipping speed and availability of parts is awesome. They offer the best price on many parts that I use most frequently.

Update: Today I ordered some parts for local pickup. The employees were friendly and it was easy and convenient.
