Booked a load with the Broker named Connor.
My driver waited 5 hours at the pick up, drove all night trough a bad weather so he can deliver his load, delivered on time clean bills.
Connor promised a detention for the driver, but 9 days later he refused to pay it, even do I got his co worker on the phone telling me that the detention was added to the rate and that the Connor will send it.
IF YOU GUYS PROMISE SOMETHING, PLEASE DELIVER THAT LIKE DRIVERS DO !
NEVER AGAIN WITH THIS GUY !

Kyle Conners dispatch us this morning to pick a load of wood going to richmond va.When I was 5 minutes away he calls me back and told me the load was put on hold.He told me to come in because the load is ready just waiting for the customer to call us back.I waited for 2 hrs then Kyle said the load was canceled. Drivers n carriers be aware of of this shipper. IT'S always something.no more.i got your email today 4weeks after the fact don't lie and don't email me and threaten me got it (period) Like u said have a nice day.

(flatbed drivers) try to get here early or before lunch if possible. They can get pretty busy at times, but doesn't take long to get unloaded once they pull u back.
