The guy in the office was rude and made me feel like I was bother him when I asked about renting a unit. There are homeless people yelling and arguing around the lot fence. They said they price match, but when presented with proof from another facility, they just said No I won't do that. Terrible customer service.

Hands down the best customer service experience I've had with a storage facility. Charles & his associates are very welcoming to all people, has excellent communication skills, and genuinely has their customers best interest in mind. I stored my car at Superstorage for almost 2 years, and not once did I have any issues. 5/5 stars! & thank you guys for the great experience.

I have been with these guys for a few years and always and still have awesome customer service. When there is a problem or issue no matter what it is they always have a solution or answer . I am 800 miles away and still know my stuff is safe and in good hands thanks Charles five stars

I have been renting a storage unit here for several years and this is hands down the best storage facility in town. Their rates are lower than any where else in the surrounding areas. The manager (Charles) and office staff are always very helpful and friendly, they always provide excellent customer service every time. They are easy going and a pleasure to talk to. This facility has a very nice appearance since the ownership has changed hands. The staff works very hard to keep things looking nice and clean for their customers. The security is always on top of things because they have cameras on the grounds, meanning 24/7 serveillance. The manager lives on site to ensure your belongings are always safe. This is a great place to rent a storage unit or even store your RV or trailers. 😀

I’m really impressed with the upgrades that the new owner is doing at this storage location. They just installed high resolution video cameras and increased security fencing. Their prices are below the other storages in town too. I’m happy here.

I had to get a storage unit last minute and this place was super easy and great to deal with. Charles, the manager is a very large man and is on top of it!. I have had storage units at other locations in the past and this place is way better priced and has a MUCH BETTER vibe. I don't write a ton of reviews but thought it was appropriate given the high level of service at this location. I highly recommend Super Storage in Lakeside.
