Jennifer at yhe office was so friendly and she just knows her stuff. Very pleasant and the paperwork was such easy and fast to process. She Explained everything very well. Very happy with yhe service. If you need a safe place to have your items stored this is the place to go to. I highly recommend this place.

The prices and location are good, but my experience wasn't great. When I moved in, I had to personally move the previous renter's items out and load them in the manager's truck. There was a bottle of urine in the storage unit. The gate was broken for a couple of months, so anyone could drive in. I paid several months in advance, and when I told them I no longer needed the unit they refused to refund me for the months I wasn't going to use the unit (keep in mind, I didn't have to pay in advance, and there was no discount for doing so). The only thing I had in the unit were some kayaks and tools, and a mouse made it's home in my kayak (there was no food in the unit). I reached out through the website about my issues, and haven't heard from anyone.

Absolute worst customer service I have seen in a long time. I had asked for my gate permission to be more than 7am-7pm pretty early on in unit. I was told that it would be taken care of, but it never was. I was had went to the facility because I had seen they had camera recording listed as an amenity on the website, but for the last 4 months that was not the case. I had asked for my debt card to be removed from my account because I was changing banks, and I watched as they continued to try to charge my card. I have reached out to the local Facility Manager, Jackie, and she has been no help. I then asked Jackie to have the Regional Manager/her manager to reach out to me. Brandon reached out to me a couple hours later with nothing but disputing my claims. Mind you, they increased prices for the unit so I was paying over $100.00 a month(on time every month) just to be told I was wrong about everything by a Regional Manger. You'd think he would at least try to alleviate the situation, not add to it. I had the same talking points with Brandon that I did with Jackie, since then they have removed the "Camera Recording" from the amenity page on their website. I am posting this in hopes that Brandon's leadership sees it, and they don't lose more customers because of the lack of hospitality or customer service.

Really good storage facility with very competitive rates. When we rented space, the owner made sure our unit was swept out and clean before we moved our items into it. We mistakenly locked it wrong and he called a few days later to let us know it had to be secured properly. We really appreciated the fact that he was hands on on his operation and checking the units throughout the location. Definitely recommend this location!!

I would highly recommend this place! Owner was very nice and was very understanding of my social distancing back in March when this all first started. I like the ease of going in and out, nice location for me to grab the kayak and go east. Clean, safe and nice prices. Gives you your own lock.
