Upon getting my access code and such online, my access code didn’t work. The number given for customer assistance also was not working (no one answered). I was able to get in touch someone once Monday came and they were very helpful. They definitely communicated their concerns for the whole situation and made it right!!

Very smooth transaction. Happy NICE people to help answer all questions. We only needed the unit for a week, and they were very accommodating. We paid for the month (right thing to do), but they were willing to work with us since we weren’t month to month. They did an amazing job getting our unit secured with a new lock! Storage unit was VERY CLEAN!! We would definitely rent here again!!!

I have rented storage from superior storage 4 years. Monthly rate was 99.00 then was raised to 128.00, last year went up to 165.00. Now It has been increased to 230.00!!!. Seriously, I only have a 10x10, it’s such a rip off!!! I called and was told my choice is to move out. Don’t rent from them!!!

Grant was so terrific!! I needed a last minute storage for my daughter in college and handled everything over the phone since I'min Florida. When I arrived in Fayetteville I had not received instructions on accessing the property. It was a Saturday and they're not open on weekends. I sent a message to Grant and he called back to give me the access code - on his day off! Great, friendly service and will use his facility again for sure!
