I'm quite happy with the service here. The facility is very clean, which is a huge plus for me compared to past experiences at other self storage facilities. Danielle was very helpful in selecting the appropriate storage space for my needs and budget. It'd be nice if the company made her the permanent property manager, as she seems both knowledgeable about the business, and caring about customers.

My husband and I love our experience with Travis Southern at Superior Storage in Farmington, AR! It was extremely easy to get our account set up, and he answered all our questions with ease. He is very knowledgeable of this facility, and can give you an honest, credible assessment of your situation (as needed). We feel very secure here, and haven’t had any issues! Plus, it’s close to home, and it’s a nice facility. (There’s even candy in the office!!) If you do call or stop by, you will be in great hands with Travis.

I stopped by Superior Storage and spoke with the new facility manager Travis Southern. I did not know what kind of storage unit I needed or the proper channels to go through. Travis was super informative on the process and took me on a walk through of a couple of units that would fit what I am looking at storing. He gave me his cell number to call for any questions or problems in the future. By far the best experience that I have had looking into a storage facility. I recommend stopping by Superior Storage above all else if you are looking into a nice facility where the manager actually cares about helping his tenants!
